We are a small family breeder of Cockatiels and Kakarikis well known for our healthy and friendly hand fed birds and our ongoing support. "My experience with Sweettunesaviary and particularly with Sue was extraordinary. When I spoke to her about getting a kakariki, I could tell by her questions that she loved her birds and wanted to make sure they went to a good home. I told her I was looking for a male green “ wild type”.

She called me when she had a new clutch and sent me pictures of the babies every week. It was so much fun seeing how much they grew each week. Luckily one of the babies was a male/wild type and I got pictures of him every week until I picked him up.

I got to see her aviary and how she interacted with the birds. She puts all her love, time and energy into raising these beautiful birds. She hand feeds the babies, teaches them to drink from a water bottle and when you take one home they are already people friendly.

My kakariki, Jovi, Is a great bird, great personality and talks and whistles at 4 months. I would highly recommend contacting Sue if you want one of her wonderful birds. I don’t think you’ll find a better breeder"
